No mesh required.

Provides thermal insulation and acoustic corrections and insulation to:
• Concrete slabs and structures.
• Concrete and ceramic vault slabs.
• Collaborative sheet metal forgings.

The mortar is applied by spraying with dry-type machines, forming homogeneous and continuous coatings. Designed for indoor use only.

Surface preparation: it must be free of grease, dust and loose elements. Metal surfaces must be primed, and concrete surfaces must not contain traces of release agent.
It may require anchoring primers such as FIXO-M (for metal surfaces) or FIXO-B (for concrete surfaces). Consult with our Technical Department.

Mesh: no mesh required. It can be used of the deployed metal type to ensure adhesion on conflicting surfaces, or for separate profiles or surfaces with cavities. Chicken coop type mesh can also be used to enhance mechanical resistance to vibrations, etc.

Projection: use a dry machine. Project onto the prepared surface to be protected until the required thickness is achieved. Do not apply when the temperature is below 5 ºC or above 45 ºC.

Finish: can be left with the projection's own finish.
It is recommended to apply FIXO-DUR if a more compact and resistant finish is desired.
