FUTUR-PRIMER EPOX CV

ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE SOLVENT-FREE PIGMENTED SELF-LEVELING EPOXY PAVEMENT

Self-leveling coating / epoxy binder, pigmented, two-component or three-component, 100% solids, indicated as a glossy, conductive finish for interior flooring.

• Quick and easy application.
• 100% solids, free of solvents. No strange smells. Suitable for indoor applications.
• Penetrates deeply into the support, offering unbeatable anchorage for subsequent coatings.
• Good adhesion to concrete with high mechanical resistance, resistance to abrasion, impacts, mechanical resistance and chemical agents.
• Resistant to extreme temperatures (-20 ºC to +80 ºC).
• Waterproof and resists permanent contact with water, hydrolysis and microorganisms.
• Once the pavement is cured it is not toxic.

Before applying the product, check that the support is clean and free of traces of oil, grease, silicone, contaminating waxes or soil materials. If repair is needed, apply appropriate repair mortars.
Apply at room temperature between +10 ºC and 30 ºC. The temperature of the support must be between +10 ºC and 30 ºC. The support must be dry and with relative humidity < 85% (Maximum residual humidity of the support < 4%).
It is important to control the dew point to prevent condensation from occurring and avoid whitish areas on the coating.
It is necessary to start from a porous concrete support, without grout, free of curing liquids, free of dust, level with porosity and dry. Minimum compressive strength of concrete: 15 N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength of concrete: 1 N/mm2.
If in doubt, carry out a test before application.
Mix the two components in the recommended proportion of 70 parts by weight of component A for every 30 parts of component B.
Beat component A well in its container, then add component B and beat with an electric stirrer (300-400 rpm) for a minimum of 2 minutes until obtaining a homogeneous product. If overmixed, occluded air bubbles may appear. Once the two components are mixed, it is ready for use. Application open time
(Pot Life) is 30 minutes at 20ºC and 85% RH.
In three-component format, mix component A in its container, then add component B, beat for a minimum of 1 minute, add component C and beat for a minimum of 1 minute until reaching a homogeneous product.

Apply the product by pouring, avoiding the formation of air pockets. Spread with a notched trowel appropriate to the chosen thickness and leave the desired thickness. Deaerate with a spiked roller. The approximate consumption is 1.3 Kg/m2 in layers of 1 mm. The final consumption will depend on the porosity and roughness of the support. For three-component product consumption, apply 1mm thick layers of 1.6-1.7 Kg/m2.
As a binder for synthetic mortars (resin: aggregate ratio = 1:10), approx. 200 g/m2 and millimeter thickness.
Repainting will be done once the previous layers have dried, approximately 12-24 hours. Without sanding. Do not repaint after 48 hours.

Touch dry 8-12 hours
Pedestrian traffic 24 hours
Light traffic 3 days
Total curing 7 days
Data at ambient temperature of +25 ºC and 60% relative humidity.

Self-leveling mortars without the addition of sand: Priming the surface with the product Futurprimer Epox CV. Consumption 100-150 g/m2 depending on support.
Apply 1 layer of FUTURFLOORPRIMER EPOX CV with a notched trowel, measuring 1.5-2 mm. thick, with a consumption of 2-2.6 kg. To facilitate the release of occluded air during the mixing of the resin, once the product has been spread, a spiked roller will be passed over it.
Systems with sand addition: Priming the surface with the product FUTURPRIMER EPOC CV Consumption 100-150 gr/m2 depending on the support.
Application with a notched trowel of a layer of self-leveling mortar of approx. 2 mm thick, composed of 1 part by weight of FUTURFLOOR EPOXI PRO
SELF-LEVELING with 1 part by weight of Silica Epox. Consumption approx. 1.6-1.7 Kg/m2.
To promote the escape of occluded air during the mixing of the resin and the aggregate, once the self-leveling mortar has been spread, a spiked roller will be passed over it.
Finishes: The final finish of the product is smooth and shiny. Available colours:
White, gray, red, green. Other colors upon request, according to RAL chart.
Maintenance and cleaning: To maintain the appearance of the floor after application, all spills must be removed immediately after they have occurred. The floor must be cleaned regularly using rotating brushes, high-pressure cleaners, vacuum cleaners, using neutral detergents and appropriate waxes.
Once the container is opened, we recommend its complete consumption. Once the two components have been mixed, the mixture obtained must be applied, respecting the pot-life.
Stable for 12 months from its manufacturing date, in its original, well-closed and undamaged container. Store in a dry and cool place at temperatures between +5ºC and +25ºC.
Application in closed areas must be carried out ensuring proper ventilation during application and 48 hours after.
Do not exceed the maximum consumption because it may affect its adhesion and durability.
Avoid the formation of puddles of the product.
In applications exposed to U.V. rays. yellowing may occur.

For applications with chemical resistance, consult the technical department.
Incorrect treatment of cracks and singular points can lead to a reduction in the useful life of the pavement.
To clean materials and utensils, use FUTURSOLVENT 001 before the product hardens. Once the product has hardened it can only be removed by mechanical means.

• Very useful in all types of construction companies, quick repair contracts, general masonry, community maintenance, repair and restoration of buildings, industrial flooring, etc.
Application as:
• Treatment, decoration and protection of pavements, floors and rehabilitation of: Floors of production and handling plants: Flammable liquids, explosives, graphic arts, high voltage and nuclear, Floors of the electrical, computer and pharmaceutical industry.
• Floors for film, radio and television sets.
V Floors of operating rooms and medical rooms.
Supported media:
• Concrete, cement mortar and epoxy coatings.
• For other supports we recommend carrying out tests to verify their adhesion.
