FUTURFLOOR EPOX AUTONIVELANTE

TWO-COMPONENT SELF-RELEASING EPOX FLOOR WITHOUT DISOLVENTS

Epoxy self-leveling flooring, two-component, solvent-free, with good mechanical and adhesion properties with a smooth RAL color finish. Indicated as layer regularization and base layer in multilayer systems for interior pavements.

• It quickly penetrates the capillary network of the surface where it is applied, creating a very resistant anchor that allows high resistance to external agents, wear and friction.
• Allows the anchoring of subsequent coatings in successive layers.
• Good resistance to extreme temperatures between -20 ºC and +70 ºC.
• Good resistance to U.V. and atmospheric agents.
• 100% solids content.
• Solvent-free, odor-free.
• Provides very good resistance to abrasion, mechanical and chemical resistance.

Before applying the product, check that the support is clean and free of traces of oil, grease, silicone, contaminating waxes or soil materials. If repair is needed, apply appropriate mortars.
Apply at room temperature between +10 ºC and 30 ºC. The temperature of the support must be between +10 ºC and 30 ºC. The support must be dry and with relative humidity < 85%.
It is important to control the dew point to prevent condensation from occurring and avoid whitish areas on the coating.
Mix the two components in the recommended proportion: 83 parts of component A for every 17 parts of component B. Beat component A well in its container, then add component B and beat with a mechanical stirrer for a minimum of 2- 3 minutes until reaching a homogeneous product. If overmixed, occluded air bubbles may appear. Once the two components are mixed, it is ready for use. The open application time (Pot Life) is 20 minutes at 25 ºC.
The product is ready for use once the two components have been mixed.
It should not be diluted.

Apply with a roller (in thin layers), spread with a smooth trowel (in intermediate regularization layers), with a notched trowel (as a self-leveling final coating) or mixed with selected quartz sand, applied with a notched trowel (as a self-leveling mortar).
Apply the product by pouring. Pour continuously to avoid the formation of air pockets.
Spread using a notched trowel or chosen tool and leave the desired thickness. Deaerate with a spiked roller.
It is recommended to condition the product and environment at temperatures between 15-20ºC for good workability and good drying.

Times are approximate and depend on ambient temperature and humidity.
Applications:
Laminated roller system: Apply a primer of FUTURFLOOR-EPOX 001 with a consumption of 200-400 g/m2, depending on the substrate.
Apply 1 to 3 successive layers of FUTURFLOOR SELF-LEVELING EPOXY according to the required thickness.
For non-slip floors, apply a layer of dry quartz sand sprinkled on the layer of FUTURFLOOR SELF-LEVELING EPOXY and allow to dry.
Self-leveling mortar: Without adding sand: Apply a first layer of FUTURFLOOR-EPOX 001 primer with a consumption of 250-500 g/m2, depending on the substrate. Using a notched trowel, apply a layer of FUTURFLOOR SELF-LEVELING EPOXY 1.5-2 mm thick, with a consumption of 2.5-3 Kg. To promote the escape of the air occluded during the mixing of the resin, once the product has been spread. A spiked roller will be passed over it.
Self-leveling mortar with sand: Apply a primer of FUTURFLOOR-EPOX 001 with a consumption of 200-400 g/m2, depending on the substrate. Using a notched trowel, apply a layer of self-leveling mortar of approx. 2mm thick, composed of 1 part by weight of FUTURFLOOR SELF-LEVELING EPOXY, and 0.5 parts by weight of dry quartz sand with a grain size of 0.2-0.4 mm with a consumption of approx. 1.8-2 kg of pure product and 1/2 of quartz sand. To promote the escape of occluded air during the mixing of the resin and the aggregate, once the self-leveling mortar has been spread using a spiked roller.
Single-spray system: Apply a first layer of FUTURFLOOR-EPOX 001 primer with a consumption of 200-400 g/m2 depending on the substrate. Apply with a notched trowel or zero trowel, a layer of FUTURFLOOR SELF-LEVELING EPOXY with a consumption of 1-1.5 Kg/m2. To help distribute the product, we recommend using a spiked roller. Sprinkle on the FUTURFLOOR SELF-LEVELING EPOXY in fresh dry quartz sand with a grain size of 0.4-0.9 mm with a consumption of approx. 3 Kg/m2.

Once hardened, the non-adhering sand is removed by sweeping, sanding and vacuuming. Sealing is done with FUTURFLOOR SELF-LEVELING EPOXY, first layer with a rubber trowel and the second with a roller, with an approximate final consumption of 0.6-0.8 Kg/m2.

Smooth finishes: The final sealing is carried out with FUTURFLOOR EPOXIAUTONIVELANTE in a thin layer with a notched trowel and spiked roller with a minimum consumption of 3-4 Kg/m2.

Rough finishes: Slightly rough: Spread FUTURFLOOR EPOXI AUTONIVELANTE with a rubber trowel without covering the aggregate and then paint with FUTURFLOOR EPOXI AUTONIVELANTE.
Rough: Spread FUTURFLOOR SELF-LEVELING EPOXY with a roller without covering the aggregate. If it is too rough, apply a second coat.
To clean the tools, use FUTURSOLVENT 01. The fully hardened material can only be removed by mechanical means.

Maintenance and cleaning: To maintain the appearance of the floor after application, all spills must be removed immediately after they have occurred. The floor must be cleaned regularly using rotating brushes, high-pressure cleaners, vacuum cleaners, using neutral detergents and appropriate waxes.
Once the container is opened, we recommend its complete consumption. Once the two components have been mixed, the mixture obtained must be applied, respecting the pot-life.

Stable for 12 months from its manufacturing date, in its original, well-closed and undamaged container. Store in a dry and cool place at temperatures between +5ºC and +25ºC.
Do not apply to damp surfaces or surfaces with residual moisture, swimming pools, etc. For materials other than those recommended, carry out a preliminary test before applying the product.
In applications exposed to outdoor U.V. rays. Yellowing may occur, we recommend applying a paint suitable for these applications.
The temperature of the product should not exceed 25ºC because the reaction is accelerated and the useful time of the mixture is shortened. The optimal working temperature is between 15-20 ºC. At lower temperatures, leveling problems: At higher temperatures, there are problems with the overlap of different batches.

For chemical applications, consult technical service resistance.
Incorrect treatment of cracks and singular points can lead to a reduction in the useful life of the pavement.
To clean materials and utensils, use FUTURSOLVENT 01 before the product hardens. Once the product has hardened it can only be removed by mechanical means.

• Very useful in all types of construction companies, quick repair contracts, general masonry, community maintenance, building repair and restoration, high-resistance epoxy industrial flooring, etc.

Of application in:
