Prepared to provide fire resistance up to 180 minutes in:
Metal structure: trusses, beams, pillars, etc.
Concrete slabs.
Concrete and ceramic vault floors.
Collaborative sheet metal forgings.

PROMASPRAY-C450 mortar is applied by spraying with mixer and compressor type machines, or premix machines. It can remain semi-exposed to the elements for limited periods of time. This period of time can be increased by applying a finishing paint such as Cafco TOPCOAT 200.

Surface preparation: It must be free of grease, dust and loose elements. Metal surfaces do not need a primer to apply the product, although it is recommended to increase durability and concrete surfaces should not contain traces of release agent. It does not require bonding bridges except with alkali-sensitive primers.
In some cases a bonding bridge with SBR Bonding Latex must be applied.

Mesh: No mesh required. It can be used of the deployed metal type to ensure adhesion on conflicting surfaces, or for separate profiles or surfaces with cavities. Chicken coop type mesh can also be used to enhance mechanical resistance to vibrations, etc.

Projection: Mix with water in a premix machine. Project onto the prepared surface to be protected until the required thickness is achieved. Do not apply in places of initial setting
